How to earn Trips Finder Coins (TFC)?

As a reminder, we do not sell any travel service on our platform/s, we only direct you to the cheapest and best prices available online which will be on one of our Travel Suppliers’ websites. And for your coins to be earned and credited to your account, make sure:

  1. All booked travel services are booked through Trips Finder’s website.
    Example: After visiting Trips-Finder.com, and start your search for any service you would like to book, Trips Finder will assist in finding the best rates online and present them to you for comparison. After deciding you will proceed to book, in which you will be redirected to our Travel partners’ platforms. Only then we can verify your bookings on partners websites and confirm your TFC.
  2. Because we do not sell any of the services on our platform/s, we have no knowledge of who booked any of the services (we only know the booked service, date, destination, and the platform it was booked from), therefore, for us to verify that you booked that specific service you will need to fill a claim form found on your dashboard (each service has a corresponding form for you to fill out and submit).

Trips Finder Coins (TFC) FAQs

Assuming you have created an account with Trips Finder, and have completed all the steps mentioned in the above section on how to earn TFC, then:

  1. Make sure you have completed the “Cash Out Details” section found in your profile.
  2. After reaching 5000 TFC, the button below your “Awarded TFC” will automatically say “Cash Out”.
  3. Once you click on the “Cash Out” button you will be transferred to a cash out form in which you will be able to choose the amount of TFC to cash out into real money.

It’s pretty straight forward and very easy to do once all the above is met. If you still have difficulties cashing out, please do not hesitate to contact us anytime, and our team will be glad to assist you.

Travel Services included and eligible for TFC: Hotels, Flights, Car Rentals, Transfers, and Tours.

Please note that not all low-budget airlines are included in this program, and you may not be rewarded for your trip, you’ll need to submit a claim to find out.

Once we verify your booking against your submitted form, we will credit the TFC reward to your account dashboard under “Pending TFC”.

Your TFC will stay pending until your trip has been completed (I.e. the service has been actually used) and will be then transferred to your awarded TFC balance within 7-30 days of the service usage/completion date.

If the travel service has been cancelled and/or refunded, the amount of TFC corresponding to that service will be revoked and removed from your pending balance.

You will be able to cash out your TFC after the day your pending TFC have been transferred to your awarded TFC balance and your awarded TFC balance has reached the minimum threshold which is the total of 5000 coins. More info about cash out in our TFC terms & conditions.

Cash outs may take from 48 to 72 hours to be deposited and appear in your PayPal account.

Additionally, make sure your cash out details are correct BEFORE your proceed in requesting your cash out, as Trips Finder will not be held responsible for the loss of your cash out if your details were incorrect.

No problem. Although you cannot amend the form you submitted online, you can contact us by sending us an email explaining what needs to be amended while also attaching the correct booking confirmation and/or receipts necessary to help verify your trip.

You can claim your TFC reward up to three months after the travel service (Hotel, Flight, Car Rental, Transfer, and Tour) purchase date.

*Purchases of any travel service entitled for Trips Finder Coins is calculated starting from 15th of August, 2022 onwards. Purchases made prior to this date will not be entitled for Trips Finder Coins.
